Challenge

A high-profile VIP box renovation needed climate systems that stayed reliable under event-day loads, while improving the building's energy performance.

Solution

We delivered a full HVAC design, covering load calculation, system design and control strategy, together with photovoltaic integration.

Impact

Modernised, energy-efficient building services, with on-site renewable generation feeding the building's demand.

Challenge

Water damage had compromised the convention centre's building services, so the work had to repair and modernise them at the same time.

Solution

We carried out an HVAC remodelling with solar integration, redesigning the systems and optimising their thermal performance.

Impact

Restored and modernised building services, with an improved thermal and energy profile.

Challenge

Comfort and energy use are usually treated separately, which leaves building controls blind to what occupants actually prefer.

Solution

We built a web-based tool that uses AI archetypes to link each person's environmental preferences — temperature, light, acoustics and air quality — to energy use.

Impact

An occupant-centred control framework based on real preference data, supporting behavioural change and better energy performance.
